Hannah & Hannah
There once were two cousins
Hannah times two
Hannah Banana
And Hannah Bamboo
One Hannah had straight hair
The other's was curly
One was a tom-boy
The other quite girly
Hannah Banana
Would hang up-side down
Hannah Bamboo
Liked to wear a lace gown
Hannah Banana
Jumped down from a tree
Then Hannah Bamboo
Had her over for tea
Hannah Bamboo
Thought her cousin quite silly
When Hannah Banana
Would prance like a filly
Hannah Banana
Danced like a clown
While Hannah Bamboo
Pushed her carriage through town
Hannah Bamboo
Wore jewels in her hair
While Hannah Banana
Wrestled a bear
Hannah and Hannah
Went down to the sea
They dug in the sand
And looked at a bee
Hannah Banana
Swallowed a clam
Hannah Bamboo
Ate a sliver of ham
Hannah and Hannah
Went off to the Fair
And Hannah Banana
Whizzed high in the air
Hannah Bamboo
Rode a horse up and down
And waved like a Queen
To the crowd gathered 'round
Hannah Banana
Ate peanuts and waffles
And Hannah Bamboo
Had a plate full of truffles
And when they were through
They went home for supper
Put on their pajamas
And pulled on their slippers
Then Hannah and Hannah
Lay down for a nap
With a big teddy bear
Who wore a cocked hat
And Hannah and Hannah
Dreamt of seashells and spice
As the slept side-by-side
In a big bed so nice
And the wind from the window
Blew scent in their hair
Of roses and lilies
And peaches and pears
